Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • be free from signs of use, assembly, wear, or manipulation

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • include proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was received

  • or the main purchased product arrived defective or significantly damaged

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:

  • the main product arrived damaged

  • the wrong item was received

  • or an item is missing

We may request photos or videos to evaluate the issue before approving a refund or replacement.

Complimentary Gifts & Accessories

Some orders may include complimentary gifts or promotional accessories, such as display domes, stands, or decorative items.

As these items are provided free of charge, minor damage to complimentary gifts does not qualify the entire order for a refund or return.

Refunds or replacements apply only when the main purchased product itself is defective, incorrect, or significantly damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • products showing signs of use, assembly, or manipulation

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • sale items

  • gift cards

  • downloadable software products

  • certain health or personal care items

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still:

  • be unused

  • remain in original condition

  • include original packaging

  • include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
